ContiOcean-LFSS(Low-flashpointliquid fuel supply system )

The LFSS system configuration is based on methanol storage tank, delivering into amethanol service tank with oil separation internals. Methanol transfer from thestorage tanks to the service tank is done by transfer pump. The methanol isprovided to the engine and A/E from the service tank by a LFSS fuel supplyskid. The LFSS skid is made of two (2) supply pumps in series, one circulationpump and supply pump. There is also a temperature maintenance closed loop ofwater-glycol. At the LFSS the supply pressure, temperature and flow areadjusted to the engine requirements.

Downstreamof the LFSS skid there is a separate valve train skid as interface to theengine.
